TEMPORARY CHANGES TO BUSINESS STRUCTURE DUE TO COVID-19

As we continue to monitor this pandemic, and make the best choices for our staff, clients and business, we feel that after this coming weekend, we need to take more drastic measures to limit the activity in and around our community. Although we are making every effort to keep our clients and our staff safe during this very trying and unprecedented time, it is nearly impossible to control all of the variables. Especially in a business where our stylists are required to be in very close physical proximity to our guests.
We are doing all that we can to keep the store operational so we can continue to accept deliveries for our clients, field phone calls and service our customers. We are asking for your patience, as we work to respond to all questions and concerns arising from the current situation with a much lighter staff. In order to be able to do so, we are imposing the following guidelines effective Tuesday, March 24 (with the understanding that this policy could change at any time):
WE WILL BE OPEN FOR ESSENTIAL/EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS ONLY FROM TUESDAY, MARCH 24 - TUESDAY, APRIL 7
Beginning Tuesday March 24, we will be open for pre-arranged, high priority appointments only. This means, if you need to pick up your wedding gown, or other merchandise for a wear-date that is fast approaching OR if you must get measured for a tuxedo for a fast-approaching event date. Please understand and respect our employee's health and understand that we are doing our best to protect our staff, clients, business and COMMUNITY. Please call ahead at 641-228-3301 to make that appointment.
ALL OF THE SAME CDC GUIDELINES STILL STAND
-Please not visit the boutique if you, or anyone accompanying you, have had a fever, are ill, or have been ill in the past two weeks.
-Anyone who works in an establishment that has been closed due to exposure of COVID-19, please do not visit the boutique for two weeks
-If you have come in contact with anyone that has or is suspected of having COVID-19, please do not visit the boutique for 2 weeks
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 10
There will be a maximum occupancy in our space of 10 people, including employees.
-We require that if you are coming in for an appointment, there are only 3 people allowed in your party. We will have a maximum occupancy in each fitting suite of 3 guests, plus 1 employee. We will be strictly enforcing this, and will not be making any exceptions.
-We ask that any elderly people (60 or older), anyone in compromised health, or anyone who resides with someone of these characteristics, refrain from visiting the boutique.
We will be STRICTLY enforcing these head counts and policies, as this is the best way to keep everyone healthy.
VIRTUAL BRIDAL ASSISTANCE
Have you shopped with us previously and have not yet said YES to the dress? Do you think you found "the one", but have not pulled the trigger? We are here to answer any questions you have and to help in any way with your decision. We are happy to Facetime, or send photos or sketches to help you make a confident decision. We are in constant contact with our designers during this time.
We are happy to take orders over the phone so that you don't lose valuable ordering time and so that your gown, bridesmaids dresses, or tuxedos can be delivered in time for your wedding!
If you have had to postpone your wedding due to the health crisis, our heart breaks for you. But we know that your beautiful day will take place in the near future and we are here to help!
We are happy to store your gown in a breathable bag in our boutique without a storage fee. We can change the date or your tuxedo rentals free of charge!
If you would like us to ship your gown to you, we would be happy to do so!
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone or email. We will be happy to assist you. Our priority is keeping our clients and our staff healthy. We will be contacting all brides who have appointments scheduled between March 24 - April 7 to reschedule and discuss options.
We truly hope that you understand and support our decision. We not only want, but need your support to make it through to the other side. When you're stuck at home, thinking of ordering online, please just wait a couple of weeks, visit us again and celebrate with us then. Please know - we are counting on you.
