My name is Tiffany Rottinghaus, I call Charles City home with my husband David, and our three sweet boys; Wesley, Grady and Ellis.

Mara was named after the long line of females in my life who made an impression on the woman I am today.  Nearly every key female in my family has a name that begins with "Mar" (Margaret, Mary Jo, Marie, Margo, etc.)  So it seemed appropriate to name this 'new baby' after those influences.  I am so honored to have such a strong line of female inspiration and support behind me.

After earning my Bachelors in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing, I spent a decade in formalwear retail and wholesale.  Working with bridal stores across the midwest, helping them to build their businesses, I fell in love with the industry, and the opportunity to celebrate love stories every day.

In 2017, we purchased this quaint home on Kelly Street and transformed it into the boutique that houses Mara.  The store was designed for our brides and their families.  It is our goal to create beautiful memories and a momentous occasion that is 'saying yes' to your bridal gown.  We look forward to you sharing your love story with us, and finding the perfect dress to make it official!
