Returns Policy

At Mara Bridal & Prom, we are committed to helping every customer find the perfect look for their special occasion. Because many of our products are custom ordered or reserved specifically for each customer, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any merchandise, including:

  • Special order merchandise

  • In-stock ("Cash & Carry") merchandise

  • Floor samples

  • Layaway purchases

  • Accessories

  • Formalwear and tuxedo purchases

 

Special Orders

When placing a special order, customers are responsible for confirming the designer, style, color, size, and any custom options before the order is submitted.

Please note:

  • Custom measurements and custom lengths do not guarantee a perfect fit.

  • Slight variations in fabric color or dye lots may occur and are considered normal.

  • Production timelines are estimates provided by the manufacturer and cannot be guaranteed.

Once a special order has been submitted to the designer, it cannot be canceled or changed.

 

Event Cancellation

If your wedding, prom, or other event is postponed or canceled, you remain responsible for the full purchase price of all merchandise that has been ordered on your behalf. Event cancellations do not qualify for a refund or cancellation of your order.

 

Floor Samples

Floor sample gowns and merchandise are sold AS IS. Normal wear from customer try-ons may be present.

Any cleaning, repairs, or alterations needed after purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Alterations

Alterations are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Most formalwear requires alterations for the best fit. Alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

 

Layaways & Merchandise Pickup

Merchandise must be paid in full within 30 days of arriving at Mara Bridal & Prom. We will make every reasonable effort to notify customers when their merchandise arrives using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

If payment is not completed within 30 days of arrival, Mara Bridal & Prom reserves the right to cancel the layaway, retain payments made, and return the merchandise to inventory.

Customers are responsible for picking up purchased merchandise promptly. Mara Bridal & Prom is not responsible for merchandise left in the store for extended periods after payment has been completed.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your merchandise at the time of pickup. If you believe you have received an item that is defective or does not match your order, please notify us immediately so we can work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Manufacturer defects or shipping errors are not considered returns but will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
